Natalie Greenhow started at Landmarc as a Service Administrator, she was promoted to Service Coordinator and then to acting Bookings, Administration and Information Management (BAIM) Manager for a period of maternity cover.

“When the opportunity came to work for Landmarc, I jumped at the chance. It was a fledgling company then and over the years it has grown and its people have grown with it. The company is 100% dedicated to its people and its customers, it is reliable and most importantly it is a fun place to work.

During my time here I have grown in confidence, Landmarc has given me the opportunity to develop my skills and prove my capabilities. They have invested in me giving lots of personal development opportunities and now we are both benefiting!

In five years I have gone from an administration role to managing 19 members of staff spread over five sites – its been a huge learning curve, but Landmarc have had the faith in me to step up to the challenge. My current role involves lots of liaison with other managers, HQ personnel, the client and obviously managing my own team and I’ve had lots of training opportunities to support that.

I love the job, there is lots of guidance in place which I have relied on as well as the support of other mangers. The company has recently launched a new HR management system which has also really helped the people-management aspects of the role of all managers and supervisors. It’s very comprehensive and makes managing the day-to-day HR matters much easier.

Anybody wishing to join Landmarc should know that there are lots of opportunities for personal development, for progression and promotion. My temporary BAIM role may not become permanent, but my training and experience has set me up for other managerial roles also. The skills are transferable – if you think outside the box even more opportunities will come your way.
