Landmarc’s apprentice scheme offers clearly identifiable posts with relevant, good quality training, and leads ultimately to a nationally recognised qualification. It also provides the added benefit that apprentices can earn whilst they learn.
The scheme has been set up to protect the company from general shortfalls in skilled people which may occur within the job market in the future. By identifying where skill gaps are likely to appear and by investing in apprentices now we are ensuring we have a skilled and competent workforce for the future.
