Coaching
Landmarc recognises the value of training, but also the need for our people to evolve and grow in an exploratory manner driven by their own aspirations and desires. To that effect Landmarc has embarked on a coaching programme to improve performance and support us in our commitment to protect the emotional welfare of our people, enable them to realise their aspirations and assist Landmarc in achieving its organisational goals.
The coaching programme is available to all Landmarc people and is making a considerable difference to the lives – both work and personal – of many employees.
