We place emphasis on personal development right from the moment you join us starting with a thorough induction process to help ease you into your new role. You’ll receive comprehensive twice-yearly Performance Development Reviews with your line manager where you will be given the opportunity to discuss your needs and aspirations and set new goals; and you will be given the time to undertake all training necessary for you to carry out your role proficiently. There are even opportunities for you to expand your skill set and gain new competencies in line with business needs.
Landmarc is committed to growing its business by ‘up skilling’ its people – the process whereby existing employees gain new skills or qualifications through training. This enables Landmarc to promote from within our own resource and allows our people to realise their ambitions whilst remaining in a working environment with which they are familiar. Many Landmarc people have gained Vocational Qualifications through local colleges, we operate an apprenticeship scheme, a volunteer coaching programme and we have developed our own Trainers Network.
