Trainers Network
Landmarc has developed the Trainers Network, which delivers a series of bespoke training programmes, including Landmarc’s own First-in-Line programme – a week long course developed specifically to meet the needs of our managers and supervisors; and courses such as recruitment and selection, equal opportunities, disciplinary, performance development etc to ensure consistency and fairness in our people-management approach.
