Hythe Ranges Open Day and Tour

The Hythe Range Open Day and Tour are part of the two week Hythe Festival which takes place bi annually.

Tour: Saturday 3rd July 1400 – 2000Hrs (Ticket Only) Includes a visit to the Grand Redoubt, the Urban Close Quarter Battle Range and an informative brief with video on the South East’s Defence Training Estate.

Open Day: Sunday 4th July 1000 – 1500Hrs An excellent family day out, the 2008 event attracted saw over 3000 visitors. The day’s main event is the The Lord Lieutenant’s Falling Plate Shooting Match. Other activities and attractions include a military and civilian vehicle display, clay pigeon shooting and re-enactments.
