Building Maintenance and Accommodation Services
Landmarc maintains all property and infrastructure on the training estate including not only camp and range buildings, but also listed buildings, historic monuments and farms on the training area.
Services include the operation and delivery of a property management programme covering building inspections, reactive and life-cycle maintenance, operation of fuel installations and the provision of accommodation services.
A helpline is just a phone call away for troops whilst on-camp and a team of maintenance technicians are available to promptly resolve any heating, plumbing or other maintenance problems that may arise during their stay.
