Tenancy Management and Consultancy Support Services
Landmarc provides professional support and advice to Defence Estates through a network of consultancy commission arrangements. This includes advice on environmental management plans, lettings, recreational and casual use, town and country planning, ecological and archaeological survey work.
The management of hirings and lettings, including rent-collection and agricultural management is facilitated through Landmarc’s property services partner, SGDN – a joint venture between Smiths Gore and Dreweatt Neate (now part of Carter Jonas) – formed solely for this purpose. SGDN undertake commercial property management for over 1,600 properties on the training estate by maintaining tenant relations and ensuring compliance with terms of the tenancy agreements.
